Refunds/exchanges
 

Due to health regulations we do not accept returns or exchanges on purchased products. All sales are considered final and cannot be returned for change of mind.

 

Damages and issues

If for any reason the products you have ordered are damaged in transit Sundae Sol will replace the damaged products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order arrives damaged photographic proof must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any claims reported after this time frame unfortunately cannot be verified. Severely damaged deliveries will need to be reviewed further. Replacement is at the discretion of Sundae Sol and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false. Damage claims must be submitted via email tosundaesol@outlook.com. Please provide your order number, photos and contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.

 

Faulty items

If for any reason the products you have ordered are faulty Sundae Sol will replace the faulty products. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an order arrives with a faulty item, photographic proof must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any claims reported after this time frame unfortunately cannot be verified. Incorrect items

If for any reason the products you have received are incorrect Sundae Sol will replace the incorrect products with those that you originally ordered. If an order arrives with the incorrect item(s) photographic proof must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order. Any claims reported after this time frame unfortunately cannot be verified. Replacement is at the discretion of Sundae Sol and may not be offered if we believe your claim is false. Incorrect item claims must be submitted via email to sundaesol@outlook.com. Please provide your order number, photos and contact information in your email. We aim to respond to your email within 24 hours.

Delivery

 

All orders placed between Monday - Friday before 2pm AEST will be shipped the same day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. If you do not receive this please check your junk or get in touch.

All delivery timeframes are from the day the order is shipped. Please allow for potential delays due to current COVID-19 restrictions, which may be out of our control.

 

All parcels are sent Standard Delivery: 3-7* days, flat rate of $12.95
